Tyler Ray Roth was born on November 27, 1988 in Augusta, GA, and passed away on September 21, 202 Lincoln, NE as aresult of a motorcycle accident From an early age, Tyler was a natural athlete. As a teenager, he played baseball, and lettered in swimming at North Augusta High in South Carolina Tyler loved the outdoors, and took many fishing trips with his Papa. On one of their fishing trips to the ocean, he proudly caught a shark! Tyler had a knack for fixing things, and he was good at it, learning an instinctive resourcefulness from his Grandpa Tylerrsquo s first job was cooking burgers at the Sno Cap, a drive-in restaurant in North Augusta. It was there that his love for cooking developed. He loved cooking for his family and friends. Tyler moved to Tennessee in his late teens, and cooked in several restaurants, in both Nashville and Knoxville. He took a jobdriving for Uber in Knoxville, and hence his nickname ldquo Uber Knoxrdquowas born. Known as ldquo Uberrdquoto his local friends, Tyler was loyal, dependable, and charismatic. He had a natural talent for helping a person in need. Tyler looked after his friends and family, and was famously known to say ldquo I would rather you call me at 3:00 in the morning to give you a ride than someone else call me to say you are deadrdquoTylerrsquo s family was everything to him, and he loved his Mama. 8ptTyler is survived by his three children, Jenna Rae, Rose, and Karter, and their mother, his ride or die, Inmaculada ldquo MacrdquoJackman, his mother, Tracy Roth, and her fianceacuteJoe Ehlers, who all reside in Lincoln. Grandparents are Lonnie and Jeannie Roth of Lincoln, and Kent and Jan Schmieding of North Augusta, SC. Uncle and Aunts are Terry and Janet Roth of North Walpole, NH, and Amy Stolley of Lincoln. Tyler also leaves behind many cousins,relatives, and friends.A private service for immediate family will be held at Metcalf Funeral Home in Lincoln on Saturday, September 26 from 1:00-4:00. A celebration of life will be held for all to pay respects at a future date, to be determined.
