Phillip Louis Bruyette III, 43, of Lincoln, NE, August 19, 1980-August 29, 2023.

 

With heavy hearts and deep sadness the BRUYETTE family announces that our eldest son Phillip L Bruyette lll aka Bear, has passed away peacefully and among close family and friends on August 29th, 2023 @ Bryan East Hospital. Bear was born in Wichita Kansas on August 19th, 1980. He had an adventurous life and lived it on his own terms. Right now our Son is probably exploring the galaxies he was always so fascinated by.

 

Phil L lll, is survived by his Wife; Garilynn K, Son; Phillip L IV, Daughters; Kailey M.L & Sophia A Bruyette, his Dad; Phil L Bruyette jr and partner Tracy, his Mom; Karen A NaluTopley and husband Dave A.L.Topley, his Sister; Tiphanie M.L. Bruyette and husband Clint Smelser, his Brother; Adam L.K. Bruyette and wife Lotomua A and Nephews Kionni L and Kilisi L Bruyette, his Grandmother Beverly J Beenblossom Conklin all of Lincoln Nebraska. Bear has several Uncle’s, Aunt’s, Cousin’s and plenty friends. From Alaska, Arkansas, California, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, MD, Mississippi, Nebraska and Ohio.

 

On September 8th, 2023, there will be a Church service for Phillip at Colonial Chapel, 5200 R Street at 10:00am. 

 

Following will be a Private by Invitation only “Celebration of Life” until 5:00pm
