Rick was born in Kansas City, MO to James and Kolice (Twocoats) Rankins.Medrick worked in the Human Services field for the Lincoln Regional Center and Lincoln Action Program. He enjoyed motorcycles, fishing, and western movies. He was a resident of Lincoln for 40+ years and was the Zodiac Motorcyle Clubs Sergeant of Arms. Now retired, may he enjoy that final ride to eternal peace.
