Marie Fuller, 94 of Lincoln passed from this life into the arms of her Savior on Monday, March 9th. Marie was born on January 26th, 1926 to German-immigrant parents in their home in the German North Bottoms of Lincoln. She graduated from Lincolns Teachers High School. Marie and her husband raised five children, living mostly in Lincoln and in Montrose, Colorado. She went to work for Russell Stover Candies in Lincoln in 1945 and retired from the Montrose, Colorado plant as Senior Supervisor in 1995. In her retirement, she worked at a dress shop and Highland Natural Health Foods Store in Montrose before moving back to Lincoln. She was a long-time, faithful member of Victory Baptist Church of Montrose and more recently, Gentle Shepherd Baptist of Lincoln, where her son Pastors. She enjoyed hard work, attending church and going to Bingo Marie isceded in death by her parents, Conrad and Catherine Schleiger, her brother, Adam and sisters Mollie, Katie, Emma, Doris and her husband, Frank V. Fuller.Marie is survived by her sister Deloris of West Virginia, daughters Yvonne Semler and Renee Miller of Lincoln, son Frank of Crete, son Gary and his wife Lynn of Lincoln, and daughter Tammy Marshall and her husband Phillip of Darlington, South Carolina. Also by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Metcalf Funeral Home, 245 N. 27 Street Graveside Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 31st at Wyuka Cemetery.
