Marcia D. Michaelson, passed away on October 4, 2025. Born on October 2, 1948, in Pawnee City, NE to Hubert Jr. and Betty (Crosier) Morrison. Maricia was raised on a farm in rural Pawnee County and attended Summerfield School for four years then to Barnston Consolidated, graduating in 1966. She was also a member of the Order of Eastern Stars.
Family members include husband, Thomas, children, James Michaelson, grandchildren, Johnathan Michaelson and Tyler Daniels, great granddaughter, Lira, siblings, Larry (Renee) Morrison and sister-in-law, Mary Lou Morrison.
Preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Morrison.
Funeral service will be held 11:00AM, Wednesday October 15, 2025 at Metcalf Funeral Home, 245 N 27th St. With a one-hour visitation prior.
Burial will take place at the Omaha National Cemetery, 14250 Schram Rd, Omaha, NE 68138.
Memorials may be directed to the family for future designation.

Marcia and I were classmates at Barneston together.
I just learned of her health issues recently and reached out to her. She responded and told me about her
family. I was happy to hear from her.
