He was born on April 18th, 1946 in Lincoln, NE to Millie and Corporal Engleman. He is survived by his three children: Kimberly Ann wright, James Theodore Engleman, James Colt Jerome Engleman, along with three grandsons: Kenney Outz, Justin Fierieck, & Kevin Kewoyozee Jim wasceded in death by his Wife: Ronda Gaines/Engleman, his Mother: Millie Engleman and Father: Clifford Engleman (known as Corporal to family and friends), by his Twin Brother Jerome Engleman, Brothers: Roy Kuwamoto, Ralph Kuwamoto, Clifford Kuwamoto, Rod Kuwamoto, and George Kuwamoto. Sisters: Lanaya Layman, and Millie Kuwamoto as well as his life-long Friends: Dick Ruby and Virgil Barber Jim was married to his first Wife: Linda Jones/ Engleman, with this union they were blessed with a Daughter, Kimberly Ann Engleman Jim was married to his second Wife: Cindy Cornish/ Engleman, with this union they were blessed with a Son, James Theodore Engleman Jims third marriage was to Ronda Gaines/ Engleman: they were also blessed with a Son: James Colt Jerome Engleman Over the years Jim worked in the Restaurant Business for his brother George He was a Bar Tender at the Top Hat Bar and at the Office Lounge in Lincoln.While living in Chicago Jim worked as a Maintenance Repairman on Entertainment Machines. He also worked as a Roofer for A-1 Roofing Company. Jim did Lawn Care in his later years In Jims younger years he enjoyed going to the Royal Grove Night Club with his friends, he loved to dance. (Great Dancer) Jim enjoyed playing pool with Jerome and friends at the Pool Hall on 0 Street. I might add he was atty good Pool Player. The Pool Hall is a thing of the past, its been gone a long time now. It held a lot of good memories for Jim.Another thing he loved was playing Poker with Jerome and friends, they would play for hours. Sometimes, all night In his later years Jim enjoyed going to Bingo with his sisters, Lanaya and Millie every week. He loved playing cards (Canasta) with his sisters and family members He was an avid Nebraska Football Fan. He would watch all the games with his son Jimmy. Jim and Jimmy would watch Wrestling together, they both enjoyed this time together One of the things Jim enjoyed the most was going to Coffee with friends and family. This was an everyday thing and usually more than once a day. He loved his coffee 1He loved the simple pleasures in life: such as Chinese food, home grown tomatoes and sweet corn. He enjoyed his Sister, Lanayas cooking. He enjoyed visiting with friends and family. He loved to tease people, just to get their reaction. He got a kick out of it. He had an ornery streak! Jim was a man with a lot of love in his heart, for his Children, Grandchildren, and all his family. Jim was especially close to his sisters, Lanaya and Millie. He may not have said it, but he loved and appreciated all his friends.Jim had cancer several years ago. He fought hard and won the battle, unfortunately it took a toll on his health. His treatments left him with balance and other medical problems. He would lose his balance and often fall.He never complained about the cancer or ask why me. He handled it with dignity.Jim was a man of meager means, he didnt care about material things.The important things inhis life, was his love for his Children, family and friends. Jim was Loving, Kind, Generous, and Faithful.We will miss His laughter, teasing, orneriness, yelling at the TV about NE Football games. Jim touched many lives, in a lot of ways.He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him! God Bless you and keep you in his loving arms!
