Argie Maxine Pike, 99, of Lincoln, NE passed away on Sunday evening, March 2, 2025 at Tabitha Elizabeth House.

She was born in Humboldt, NE on July 21, 1925 to Julius William and Minnie Edna (Mitchell) Dryer.  Argie was one of six daughters and one son who died in infancy.

After attending high school in Falls City, NE, she went on to take a Cosmetology course and was a beautician for many years.

Elbert Pike and Argie Dryer were married and spent a few years in Hiawatha, KS before moving to Auburn, NE, where they raised their 3 children, Larry, Connie and Bonnie.

They were members of the Auburn Berean Church until their move to Lincoln, NE in 1997. In Lincoln, they attended the Lincoln Berean Church.

Argie was preceded in death by her son, Larry Lynn Pike and her husband, Elbert Pike.

She is survived by her two daughters, Bonnie Pike Warner (Richard), of Nebraska City, NE and Connie Pike Baltensperger (James), of Lincoln, NE; grandchildren, Richard Warner, Jr. (LeeAnn), of Auburn, Michele Warner Angel (Chad), of Crestview, FL, Faith Warner Rowell (Bill), of Nebraska City, NE, Jason Warner (Kim), of Stockton, MO, Jeremy Warner (Alysia), of Nebraska City, NE, Angie Baltensperger Ganger (Titus), of Unadilla, NE, and Heidi Baltensperger Miller (Ben), of Lincoln, NE; great grandchildren, Tyler Warner (Allison) and Ginny, of Auburn, NE, Kyson Warner (Bekah Nelson-fiancé), of Omaha, NE, Jackson Warner, of Auburn, NE, Micah Angel (Savannah Schaefer-fiancé), of Crestview, FL, Zoey Angel, of Crestview, FL, Luke and Olivia Rowell, of Nebraska City, NE, Josie, Jillian, Dezi, Draco, and Della Warner, of Stockton, MO, Landon and Maverick Warner, of Nebraska City, NE, Brayden, Elliot and Landen Ganger, of Unadilla, NE, and Emory, Bella, Esiah and Kate Miller, of Lincoln, NE.

 Funeral Service: 10:30 am Thursday, March 6, 2025 at Metcalf Funeral Home Chapel, 245 N. 27th Street, Lincoln, NE 68503.

Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to Funeral Service.

Burial at Hiawatha Cemetery, Hiawatha, KS.
